Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Texas Roadhouse Catering. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our catering services and website at https://catering.thetexasroadhousemenu.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Eligibility

Our catering services are available to customers located within the contiguous United States. Orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance for standard catering; rush orders may be subject to availability and additional fees.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders require full payment at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, or service charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24–72 hours prior incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

4. Delivery & Service

Delivery windows are estimated and subject to traffic, weather, and staffing conditions. Texas Roadhouse Catering is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. On-site service (e.g., carving stations, servers) requires advance coordination and may incur additional staffing fees.

5. Liability & Limitation of Damages

Texas Roadhouse Catering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected order.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to https://catering.thetexasroadhousemenu.com/terms-conditions. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
